Environmental ServicesS&B Infrastructure, Ltd.'s staff offers an array of environmental expertise. S&B is committed to the protection and enhancement of the environment in the development of each project, ensuring that state and federal laws regarding environmental procedures are followed. The S&B Environmental Staff is experienced and knowledgeable in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, Council of Environmental Quality (CEQ) Regulations, 23 CFR Part 771, Federal Aviation Administration Order 5050.4A, Airport Environmental Handbook, 43 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Chapter 2, Subchapter C, and FHWA Technical Advisory (T-6640.8A), as well as the requirements of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), which include the federal objectives for water and related land resources planning established in the Economic and Environmental Principles for Water and Related Lane Resources Implementation Studies (Principles) and the Economic and Environmental Guidelines for Water and Related Land Resources Implementation Studies (Guidelines), and the USACE procedures for environmental evaluation outlined in Appendix C of the USACE Planning Guidance Notebook. S&B is extensively experienced in the investigations and analysis regarding natural resources, public health, cultural resources, and socio-economic issues, and prepares environmental documentation, including but not limited to, development of purpose and need, study of alternatives, identification of the affected environment, as well as the analysis of the environmental consequences (including probable, secondary, and cumulative impacts).
