Management Team Harold "JR" Reddish, PEPresident and CEO Mr. Reddish has over 30 years experience in commercial, government and military endeavors. He currently is President and CEO of S&B Infrastructure, Ltd., a multi-discipline engineering firm located in Houston, Texas. He graduated from the The Citadel in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and subsequently earned a Master of Ocean Engineering degree from Texas A&M in 1986 His diversified background includes 20 years service as a Naval Officer in various roles to include Carrier Pilot, Commanding Officer of an Underwater Construction Team and Director of Public Works for Naval Air Station Keflavik, Iceland. He is very active in the engineering community and has served in various leadership positions to include the Society of American Military Engineers (past president), Texas Society of Professional Engineers (past president of Houston Chapter), Committee Member on the Transportation and Infrastructure committee of the Greater Houston Partnership and on the Governor’s Business Council of Texas.
Daniel O. Rios, PESenior Vice President Daniel O. Rios, PE (“Danny”) has approximately 22 years of experience in all facets of engineering and engineering management, including advance planning, final design, plan, specifications, and estimates, as well as construction inspection and management. Danny joined S&B Infrastructure, Ltd. (SBI) in 1997 as Director of Transportation, and since 1999, he has served as Principal-in-Charge for many multi-million dollar infrastructure projects, including minor roadway, major roadway and freeway projects (rehabilitation, reconstruction / widening, at-grade and multi-level interchanges, new location, and design-build toll roads). With approximately 10 years direct experience working at the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), as well as his multi-project TxDOT experience as an employee of SBI for the last 13 years, he is extensively knowledgeable in TxDOT and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) requirements for transportation projects. Additionally, his project management includes projects along the US-Mexico border, such as various international border crossings, levee rehabilitation & design along the Rio Grande, roadway construction inspection, and dam inspection. And, finally he has in-depth knowledge and technical experience with his management of various drainage projects, including regional watersheds. He has coordinated with a multitude of municipal entities and private utility companies, as well as state and federal agencies. He currently serves as Senior Vice President for SBI and ensures that all project deliverables produced are consistent with the outstanding quality for which SBI is known. All in all, Danny has the authority to allocate resources and assign staff for projects with accelerated schedules or that require extra manpower effort. Frank S. Marino, PESenior Vice President Mr. Marino has over 30 years experience in managing project teams for both industrial and government clients. He is experienced in site preparation and engineering design; equipment specification, evaluation, and selection; mechanical equipment layout and installation design; cost estimation; economic analysis of alternate solutions to project problems: and preparation or development requirements for operation and maintenance documentation. As Unit Engineer for a major oil company for various refinery process units, Frank's assignments involved maintenance engineering, corrosion control, inspection, and construction supervision. He also evaluated the performance of oil transfer pipelines, investigated utility conservation, and analyzed and corrected process air cooler performance. Projects have ranged from wastewater and stormwater collection facilities for refining and petrochemical installations to cross-country pipelines to major urban street renovations and beautifications. |
