Provided detailed design and drawings for the relocation of a river levee, new approach roadways, and a new international bridge over the Rio Grande connecting Brownsville, Texas and Matamoros, Mexico.  The bridge superstructure consisted of various pre-stressed concrete beam spans with a substructure supported by slurry displacement drilled shafts. Also provided overall project management and administration of design services including scheduling; quality control; and liaison with local, state, federal and foreign governmental entities, as well as construction management services. Coordinated subconsultants for survey, geotechnical, environmental, illumination, traffic control, signing, and pavement markings.
