Troy Blackmon

Sr. VP of Construction, S&B Infrastructure

Troy Blackmon is the Sr. VP of Construction for S&B Infrastructure. He leads S&B Infrastructure’s construction business capabilities.

Troy spent the first part of his career working for a major aboveground storage tank company, before being recruited by CAPE to build their fueling systems business. Most notably, while there, he fostered relationships with the Department of Defense, leading them to become the prime contractor in developing their fueling systems. In 2015, Troy started with Tepa, a tribally owned construction company, where he negotiated and executed large sole-source contracts with the Department of Defense.

Troy is a self-proclaimed “double Aggie” – earning a BS in Construction Science in 1994, and later completing A&M’s Executive MBA program in 2008.
